What We Do - South Australia

Mind was established in South Australia in 2005 in response to a growing community demand to support people who are living with a mental illness and people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Services available assist young people, adults, families and carers. Services are based in metropolitan Adelaide and in the South East country of South Australia around Mount Gambier.

With the commitment of the South Australian Government to place more residents from Glenside Hospital into the community, the services of Mind in South Australia have continued to grow. South Australian programs encompass Outreach, Respite and Homelessness programs.
